  My Iphone 7 screen was shattered so I took it into Genius repair, East Lansing to get it fixed. The first time I brought my phone in, they repaired the screen and after an hour or so the screen became defective. So I brought it in for the second time, they said it happens and it took another 2 hours to fix. 2 hours later, the screen is once again defective. So I took it in a 3RD TIME. This time it took them 4 hours to finish as they had to respect their "first come first serve" which is just another problem I had. They should have prioritized my phone as this was my third visit and still experiencing problems. Once again the screen is defective for the third time. $123 wasted.

  I shattered my phone screen so I brought it to the East Lansing location to be fixed and was told it would be fixed within 2 hours and that I would get a call when it was ready to be picked up. I never ended up receiving a call so come Tuesday I end up driving over there to find out that it was done. My home button did not work though which was concerning since it worked before I turned it in. So I went back to get some answers which the 2 workers I talked to tried there best to resolve my issue, a technician even replaced my screen with a new one in hopes that would fix my issue which sadly it didn't. I was told to come back after restoring my phone since it was disabled, and that if the home button still didn't work to come back in which I did after a couple days which is when I had the pleasure of dealing with a rather rude employee. I explained my situation to him but he still refused to look at my phone due to the fact that no test were performed on my phone since it was disabled before and after they fixed it so there was no warranty on it and pretty much that he wasn't responsible for it any more. He also seemed more concerned about who I talked to prior regarding my reasoning for coming back after the repair than actually helping me and whenever I asked him a question he responded with a rather discourteous and frustrated tone which is why I gave up trying to speak with him and requested a refund which he told me may take some time to happen since my original phone screen needs to be found and returned. I had a good experience at Genius Phone Repair up until I had to deal with that one employee. I don't usually review places I've been but what I experienced during my last visit left me very dissatisfied.
